Lil Wayne's "rock" effort The Rebirth has had its release date pushed back from April 7 to May 19, according to MTV, although the push for the album's lead single "Prom Queen" will continue as scheduled, with a video en route. Perhaps Wayne is trying to find a time on his calendar when he isn't so busy, since not only has he just added a slew of tour dates to his schedule, MTV notes that he's juggling a bunch of other upcoming albums as well:
In addition to Rebirth, Wayne is still working on Tha Carter IV, the Hot Boys reunion LP and an album featuring all the artists on his Young Money label, including Mack Maine, Jae Millz, Kid Kid and Nicki Minaj.
So now im wondering about the album with lloyd
and does that mean the T-Wayne album has already been forgotten?
I personally feel like dis album is gonna be dope. A lot of ppl feel like its gonna be another 808& heartbreaks but I feel like this will be on another level. I like kanye the rapper but the singer wasn't cutting it for me. I think rap and r&b music go hand and hand but rock and rap are similar. For the most part RnB always been excepted. I mean it did have its haters but not as much as rock and rap had and still have. I cant wait for this album man
